Beaver Dam United Methodist Donates $18,500

AKRON — Beaver Dam United Method Church presented a check to both Kosciusko and Fulton Cancer Care Funds and a check to Kim Waggoner Saturday morning, Dec. 16.
Beaver Dam UM concluded its Wheels on Fire campaign for 2017, and with its conclusion, it was able to present three different checks to three cancer care funds. The church raised a total of $18,500 through various meal events and its big “Smash Out Cancer” event held in August. Kosciusko and Fulton Cancer Care received $9,000 each while Waggoner’s Project Hope Cancer Care Packs received $500.
