Nancy Jo Myers, 88, passed away Friday morning, Dec. 8, 2017, in her beloved home on Lake Wawasee in Northern Indiana with her husband of almost 70 years, Bob, near her side.

Nancy was born on Oct. 21, 1929, in Muncie, to Eugene & Louise (Marsh) Eissman. She and Bob met as teenagers one summer at Wawasee, and became year-round residents in the 1980’s.

She is survived by her husband, three sons: Keith Myers of Hampshire, Ill.; Bruce Myers (Lisa) of Sebastopol, Calif.; and David Myers (Mimi Hirata) of Venice, Calif.; one granddaughter: Lauren Myers of Hampshire, Ill.; one grandson: Brett (Valerie) Myers of Sycamore, Ill.

She was preceded by her brother, Robert Eissman of Hiawassee, Ga.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made in Nancy’s name to the Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation and Goshen Home Care & Hospice.  Eastlund Funeral Home assisted the family.
