Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

3:52 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, West CR 1350N, east of North CR 200W, Milford. Driver: James C. Heckaman, 46, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Heckaman’s vehicle slid on a patch of ice causing his vehicle roll as it went off the road. Damages up to $5,000.

11:04 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, South CR 275E, north of East CR 350S, Winona Lake. Driver: Martin C. Hernandez, 38, North Maple St., North Manchester. Hernandez’s vehicle slid on ice and veered of the road, hitting a fence post. Damages up to $5,000.
