WARSAW – The Warsaw freshman girls basketball team used a fast start to defeat Concord by a 37-7 final Monday night.

The frosh Tigers built a 15-2 lead after the opening quarter in the NLC contest.

Lindsey Bradley led the offense with 18 points for the winners.

Nadia Handy had five points and Aubrey Hepler, Sydney Lancaster and Ema Jenkins each had four points for the Tigers. Maddie Whitaker had two points and Ashley Dieks led the team in rebounding and Mackenzie Kohler led the winners in assists.

Warsaw plays at Carroll Wednesday night.
