9:46 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, North CR 100E, north of East 450N, Warsaw. Driver: Tami M. Zurzolo, 45, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg, and Romona D. Wright, 43, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Zurzolo’s vehicle rear-ended Wright’s. Damages up to $10,000.

9:07 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, South Bronson Street, west of East Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Maurice Jones, 35, South Brownlee Street, Marion, and Rita A. Golding, 67, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Jones’ vehicle struck the rear of Golding’s vehicle. Jones denied claims of ever hitting a vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

7:25 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, East Center Street, west of North Sherman Street, Warsaw. Elisabeth A. Tillman, 28, South CR 1000W, Mentone, and Shaylee B. Kelly, 20, South Magee Road, Warsaw. Tillman’s vehicle rear-ended Kelly’s. Damages up to $5,000.

11:14 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, North SR 15, north East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Brian Funk, 34, Ewing Road, Rochester, and Brian Smith, 56, East CR 500N, Leesburg. Funk’s vehicle rear-ended Smith’s. Damages up to $1,001.

6:01 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, SR 15, north of CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Rosendo C. Cardosa, 22, West 18th Street, Wichita, Kan., and Ruby D. Hapner, 49, North CR 300E, Syracuse. Cardosa’s vehicle rear-ended Hapner’s. Injured; Hapner complained of head pain; Howard Hapner, 55, had minor bleeding from the eye; Kathleen Anthony, 68, complained of back pain. All injured were transported to Goshen Hospital for evaluation. Damages up to $25,000.
