KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Builders Association of Kosciusko – Fulton Counties’ past President Brett Harter, CGP CAPS, Harter Custom Construction will vacate his office as the 2017 IBA State Secretary and move up in the ranks as the 2018 IBA State Treasurer come January.

New state officers were nominated and installed at the Indiana Builders Association Board of Directors and committee meetings Nov. 6 and 7 in Carmel. Also installed were 2018 IBA State Secretary Jeff Thomas, Oakmont Development, Fort Wayne; IBA State Vice President Don Theineman, The Theineman Group, Floyds Knobs; and the gavel was transferred to 2018 IBA State President Pat Richard, The Spire Group, Lafayette, by former 2017 IBA State President Lance Swank, The Sterling Group, Mishawaka.
