Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, 4200 block of East CR 300N, Warsaw. An unknown piece of equipment hit an overhead fiber optic cable at the Mediacom tower station on CR 300N.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 7:47 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster. Nicholas Allen Carr reported that sugar had been poured into the gas tank of his vehicle.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 1:37 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 1300 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Retha Hicks reported fraud.
