Girls Basketball

The freshman girls from Wawasee couldn’t figure out Fairfield in a 33-14 loss Monday night. Ava Harker, Allie Slone and Lexie Smith all finished with four points for the Lady Warriors, Harker adding five rebounds.

Wawasee drops its first game of the season, and will look to rebound on Nov. 30 at West Noble.

Middle School Basketball

The seventh and eighth grade Wawasee boys basketball teams were in action Monday night against Indian Springs.

The eighth grade team won 42-27 to move to 2-0 on the season. Ben Haines paced the winners with 14 points and Keaton Dukes added 10 points.

The seventh grade team lost 42-18 to fall to 1-1 overall. Jackson Davis had seven points in the loss.
