WARSAW — Fall leaf pickup is in full swing for the City of Warsaw. For pickup, please:

1.  Rake leaves to the tree lawn area or alley and avoid raking them into the street as this will plug the storm drains and cause them to flood during rain.

2.  Avoid parking in front of leaf piles along the curb.

3.  Do not contaminate leaf piles by putting in sticks, trash and other debris. The city cannot pick these piles up with the leaf vacs.

4.  Burning of leaves is prohibited and is a violation of city ordinance.

5.  Leaf piles will be picked up on on a resident’s regular trash day. Piles are requested to be out by 7 a.m.
