7:31 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, North SR 13, south of East CR 300N, North Webster. Driver: F. H. Halderman,51, West Division Road, Wabash, struck a deer. Damages up to $10,000.

5:24 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, South SR 19, south of West CR 500S, Mentone. Driver: Elisia O. Chairez Luva, 21, East North Street, North Webster, struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

11:58 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, East CR 200N, east of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Driver: Jeyner P. Lucas, 19, East Center Street, Warsaw, lost control of his vehicle and struck a fence. Injured; Lucas complained of knee pain and was transported to the hospital. Damages up to $2,500.

11:42 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, West Old Road 30, west of West CR 850W, Etna Green. Drivers: Sherry A. Blair, 46, North Main Street, Etna Green, and Patricia Shively, 64, North County Line Road, Etna Green. Blair was carrying a large item on her vehicle when it flew off and hit Shively’s car. Damages up to $2,500.

8:14 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, North SR 13, south of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Driver: Kenneth E. Meadows, 50, North SR 5, Larwill, hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

9:24 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, South Main Street, south of West Catherine Street, Milford. Driver: Christine M. Stump, 68, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford, backed into a park car. Damages up to $5,000.

3:12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, East US 30, west of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver: Brianna T. Wells, 25, Rhode Island Street, Gary, struck a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

12:24 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, SR 25, west of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Jordan M. McClone, 18, Robin Drive, Warsaw, hit a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

6:57 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Driver: Zachary R. Kerr, 29, South Pearson Blvd, Silver Lake, backed into a parked vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, US 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw.  Drivers: Jacob W. Ponko, 37, South SR 25, Warsaw, and Dean E. Haggen, 58, Ax Handle Way, Flagstaff, Ari. Ponko’s vehicle rear-ended Haggen’s. Damages up to $10,000.

4:22 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, Walton BLVD, Warsaw. Drivers: Carol S. Prater, 60, West Red Bird Lane, Mentone, and Brian K. Dreibelbis, 53, Fir Road, Bourbon. Prater’s vehicle backed into Dreibelbis’. Damages up to $5,000.

4:09 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, East Center Street and Roosevelt, Warsaw. Drivers: Virginia L. Horn, 87, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, and Archana Saranathan, 32, Salman Drive, Warsaw. Horn’s vehicle sideswiped Saranathan’s. Damages up to $5,000.

12:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, US 30, east of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Brian R. Lockhart, 27, Versailles Village Place, Fort Wayne, and Phyllis J. Faulkner, 58, South West Point Drive, Warsaw. Lockhart’s vehicle rear-ended Faulkner’s. Damages up to $5,000.

4:19 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, US 30, east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Bryan A. Bechtold, 50, North CR 900W, Cromwell, lost control of his vehicle and veered off the road into a ditch. Damages up to $2,500.

11:12 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, Mariners Drive, east of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Mary E. Ceballos, 64, Oriole Lane, Warsaw, and Patricia A. Thomas, 74, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Ceballos failed to yield to Thomas. Damages up to $5,000.

7:48 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, South CR 250E, north of East US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Jessica L. Shilling, 23, East Island View Drive, Warsaw, Steven D. Poe, 38, East CR 300S, Warsaw, and Randall W. Noble, 63, West CR 300S, Warsaw. Shilling’s vehicle rear-ended Poe’s vehicle, pushing it into Noble’s. Damages up to $5,000.
