MENTONE — At 9:41 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, Kosciusko County Sheriff Department was dispatched to a single vehicle accident in the area of SR 25 and CR 600W north of Mentone. The vehicle was rolled over onto its side.

A female passenger, identified as Theresa L. Seaberg, 47, Kuder Lane, Warsaw, advised the investigating officer that she and the driver, Ronald A. Randels, 46, Wooster Road, Winona Lake, were arguing when Randels took a curve in the road too quickly. The SUV left the roadway and flipped onto its side.

Randels was trapped inside of the vehicle and needed to be extricated. He had minor bleeding to the head and was transported to Parkview hospital.

Seaberg complained of chest pain and was transported to Parkview hospital.

Damages were estimated up to $5000.
