Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

10:01 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, East CR 900N, west of North CR 200E, Milford. Driver: Seth A. Large, 41, East CR 1100N, Syracuse, struck a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

7:18 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, North SR 15, north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Aaron W. Lindsey, 36, West Sycamore Street, Silver Lake, lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. Damages up to $25,000.

8:54 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, South SR 25, west South CR 400W, Warsaw. Driver: Alicia D. Lloyd, 26, West CR 100S, Akron, lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole and tree. Damages up to $10,000.

7:28 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, South Packerton Road, north of East SR 14, Claypool. Driver: Noah A. Beck, 17, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester, struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

2:16 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, East US 30 and Old East US 30, Warsaw. Driver: John P. Ward, 57, North Detroit Street, Warsaw, struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

1:17 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, North CR 300E, east of E 1300N, Milford. Driver: Tyler L. Smith, 18, North CR 100E, Milford, swerved to avoid a deer and struck an embankment. Damages up to $5,000.

7:24 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, East CR 350N and North CR 100E, Warsaw. Drivers: Kimberly A. Clark, 58, EMS C28E Lane, Warsaw, and Kayla M. Crace, 27, North Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw. Clark failed to yield to Grace. Damages up to $10,000.

11:42 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, West Old Road 30, west of West CR 850W, Etna Green. Drivers: Sherry A. Blair, 46, North Main Street, Etna Green, and Patricia S. Shively, 64, North County Line Drive, Etna Green. Blair’s large load blew off the trailer when the straps broke and struck Shively’s driver side roof. Damages up to $2,500.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:38 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, SR 25, south of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Allison B. Stuart, 24, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. A deer struck Stuart’s car. Damages up to $2,500.

12:33 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tracy A. Kanode, 46, West SR 14, Silver Lake, and Lloyd Slusher, 59, Vine Street, Columbia City. Kanode’s vehicle backed into Slusher’s. Damages up to $2,500.

2:09 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Jason M. Bays’ vehicle was damaged by a hit and run. Damages up to $2,500.

9:13 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, South Cleveland Street and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jemina J. Fugate, 17, North Scott Street, Warsaw, and Amanda I. Winston, 23, East Market Street, Warsaw. Fugate’s vehicle struck Winston’s vehicle. Damages up to $25,000.

5:07 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, SR 15 and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Robin L. Elder, 53, Normandy Lane, Warsaw, and Justin M. Lechenet, 31, West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Lechenet failed to yield to Elder and struck the trailer Elder was towing. Damages up to $25,000.

3:55 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, US 30, east of East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Chandler L. Gast, 24, South CR 900E, Pierceton, Alexis A. Klaff, 18, Wagner Street, Fort Wayne, and Olivia K. Wilson, 18, SR 23, South Bend. Gast’s vehicle rear-ended Klaff’s, pushing her vehicle into Wilson’s. Damages up to $5,000.

2:32 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Darrell S. Hutchinson, 44, Clinic Street, Warsaw, and Pauline H. Hoover, 62, East CR 500S, Pierceton. Hutchinson’s vehicle backed into Hoover’s. Damages up to $5,000.
