KOSCIUSKO — CenturyLink recently presented a donation of $1,500 to the Kosciusko County Community Foundation for the KC Riley Kids Fund. The donation represented proceeds from CenturyLink’s annual golf outing for its employees and vendors.

The KC Riley Kids Fund is a component fund of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. The fund supports Riley Children’s Hospital and the Kosciusko County children and families they serve by assisting with travel and food expenses related to their trips to Riley.

“This was our 54th annual golf outing for charity, and one of our most successful in history. We selected KC Riley Kids Fund along with several other causes throughout Indiana, Ohio and Michigan where we could make an impact with the monetary gifts,” said Pat Welch, CenturyLink market development manager. “Kosciusko County is our home and our employees are proud to give back when the opportunity allows.”

Since 1968, Kosciusko County Community Foundation Inc. has helped donors achieve their charitable dreams. The Community Foundation is a public charity that grants over $2 million annually in the areas of education, health, arts and culture, recreation, civic projects, environment and human services. Gifts made to the foundation are tax-deductible. For more information, visit www.KCFoundation.org, call (574) 267-1901 or visit 102 E. Market St., Warsaw.
