WARSAW — The Freedom Express #5 CITGO location at 409 Argonne Road, Warsaw, has installed a ‘spirit pump’ to help raise funds for Eisenhower Elementary. For every gallon of fuel purchased at this spirit pump, 5 cents will be donated to the school. The local Warsaw community can start ‘fueling good’ at the pump starting Oct. 27 through Dec. 22.
