Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:55 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, 1800 block Sunset Drive, Warsaw. The state reported theft against Brandon David Lee for the damages caused to fencing and shrubbery in an OWI accident. Lee was driving without financial responsibility for the vehicle. Value: $600.
