WARSAW — On Thursday, Nov. 2, parents, teachers and students are invited to attend a community event at the Warsaw Community High School Performing Arts Center discussing the topic of homework. The seminar will be led by Rick Wormeli, a nationally-renowned author, educator and public speaker. The presentation will begin at 6 p.m. and conclude at 7:30 p.m.

Dealing with homework is a big stress for students, teachers and parents. What’s ethical and doable, and what gets in the way of student success? This seminar will assist you in boosting your students’ homework completion rate through highly motivating, easily applicable homework practices for the modern classroom. The seminar will examine best practices on assigning homework and helpful hints and tips on how to assist students in excelling in their coursework.
