SYRACUSE – The season opener for the Wawasee girls basketball team will be a varsity-only contest.

Wawasee will host Mishawaka Marian in the opener for the Warriors on Nov. 2. There will be no junior varsity game that night as Marian does not have enough players to play both JV and varsity games.

The varsity game will tip-off at 7 p.m. at Wawasee.
