Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

6:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 8200 block East US 30, Pierceton, Keith L. Curtis reported theft of a bicycle. Value: $150.
3:58 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 700 block South CR 250E, Warsaw. Employees of Norfolk Southern Railroad reported damage to railroad cross arm.

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:

2:20 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2300 block Lincolnway East, Goshen. A female from Milford reported being battered in the parking lot of Walmart.
1:13 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2500 block Linden Drive, Goshen. Jason Whitmer, Leesburg, reported damage to his vehicle while parked at his place of employment.
5 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2500 block Linden Drive, Goshen. Michael S. Brown, Ligonier, reported damage to his vehicle while parked at his place of employment.
