WARSAW — Ryan Workman, MS4 coordinator for the city of Warsaw, visited Madison Elementary on Oct. 20 to teach fourth grade students about stormwater and water quality.

Workman is an educational resource available to local teachers, willing to come into classrooms and give educational presentations to kids about stormwater and water quality.
