Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:38 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, SR 19 and West CR 1100N, Nappanee. Driver: Leon Miller, 22, Fifth Road, Bremen, and Michael Schmucker, 63, SR 19, Nappanee. Miller was driving a tractor and pulling a field apparatus. Schmucker failed to see the field apparatus and the two collided. Damages up to $25,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:57 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, SR 15 and CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Brian Yoder, 51, Millers Drive, Mentone, and Marta Bonilla, 44, Highland Lane, Leesburg. Yodel’s vehicle rear-ended Bonilla’s vehicle. Damages up to $1,000. 

7:34 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, US 30 and Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: David Kiser, 36, Lilly Court, Warsaw. Kiser’s vehicle struck a deer. Damages up to $2,500.
