WARSAW — At approximately 11:23 a.m., today, Oct. 19, emergency responders were called to a four vehicle accident at the intersection of SR 15 and CR 350, Warsaw.

A grain truck was traveling southbound on SR 15 when it rear-ended a Kia Sedona which was stopped at a red light. The mini van was forced into a GMC Z71 4×4, pushing the truck into a government-issued postal car, a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SE.

Warsaw Fire and Rescue was called to the scene to extricate one victim; victim was transported by Lutheran EMS with unknown injuries. No other injuries were reported.

Warsaw Police Department, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Terrority, Lutheran EMS and Warsaw Fire and Rescue were at the scene. No further information is available at this time.
