Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

4:37 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, South SR 25, west of West CR 600S, Mentone. Driver: Sabrina N. Wilder, 40, PO Box 257, Mentone, lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road in to a ditch. Damages up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:43 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, West Fort Wayne Street and North Lake Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Nathan D. Winemiller, 25, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw, and Brandon P. Crawford, 46, South CR 150E, Columbia City. Winemiller’s vehicle rear-ended Crawford’s. Damages up to $5,000.

5:24 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, North CR 150W and Executive Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Alfredo Dirico, 80, West Lake St., Warsaw and Christian L. Conwell, 44, South CR 550W, Warsaw. Dirico’s vehicle rear-ended Conwell’s. Damages up to $5,000.

3:24 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, South Hand Ave., south of West Center St., Warsaw. Driver: John P. Kramer, 79, SE 37th Street, Topeka KS. Kramer’s trailer struck the viaduct when attempting to drive through. Damages up to $10,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:38 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, Park Ave., north Administration Blvd., Winona Lake. Drivers: Larry L. Miller, 75, Boys City Drive, Winona Lake, and Johnny R. Walker, 29, Parker Street, Warsaw. Miller’s vehicle crossed the middle line and struck Walker’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.
