8:03 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, North SR 15, north of West CR 900N, Milford. Driver: Fred S. Stroebel,59, North Main Street, Milford, hit a deer. Damages up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:34 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, North Detroit Street, north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Driver: Mary E. Loving, 72, South Harrison Street, Warsaw. Loving’s vehicle struck an object that flew off a truck in front of her. Damages up to $2,500.

9:21 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Justin M. Raymer, 35, East Ontario Lane, Warsaw. Raymer’s vehicle veered off the road striking a building, causing it to collapsed. Injured: Raymer  complained of of back pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital; passenger Johnathan E. Vickers, 21, North Columbia Street, Warsaw, complained of neck, should and knee pain but refused treatment, later driving to a hospital. Damages up to $100,000.

7:26 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Diana L. Hartman, 56, Barberry Drive, Warsaw. Hartman’s vehicle sideswiped a parked vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

7:25 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, North SR 15, south of Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Craig J. Miner, 17, East Lantern Road, Warsaw, and Valery J. Mersch, 19, North Williams Street, Nappanee. Miner’s vehicle rear-ended Mersch’s. Damages up to $10,000.

3:59 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Chelsea M. Walden, 27, South Columbia Street, Warsaw, and Garg Rahul, 26, East 32nd Street, Chicago. Walden’s vehicle struck Rahul’s when pulling out of a parking space. Damages up to $10,000.

12:34 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, West Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Sai S. Ghanta, 25, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Ghanta’s vehicle backed into a parked vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.
