• 10:29 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 4600 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Maria Perez reported fraud.
• 12:44 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 400 block of East CR 1150N, Milford. KCSD were called to a residence in reference to a stolen vehicle.
• 2:52 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2000 block of West CR 500N, Warsaw. Lori D. Everest reported fraud.
• 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Christopher D. Slone reported theft of cash and medication.
• 5:51 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, 2000 block of South Blue Spruce Court, Warsaw. Venus R. Fuentes reported fraudulent charges on an account.

• 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Knevits X. Stephens reported criminal mischief.
