Warsaw Elks Lodge 802 Assists Those With Diabetes With Gift To Jimmy Baker Fund

KOSCIUSKO —The Warsaw Elks Lodge recently presented the Kosciusko County Community Foundation with a check for $1,815 from the proceeds of their 11th Annual Jimmy Baker Memorial Diabetes Fund golf scramble. The gift will support the Jimmy Baker Memorial Diabetes Fund, a component fund of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.

The fund was established by the Elks in memory of longtime member Jimmy Baker and helps individuals in need of assistance with their diabetes treatment. Proceeds from the golf scramble also provided two scholarships, which were awarded by the Elks. For more information about the Elks, visit their website at www.elks.org.
