Malinda Faye Rae, 49, of W. Marshall St., Argos, Ind., died on Oct. 5, 2017 at 7:32 a.m. at her residence where she had been in declining health. On October 5, 1968 in Mountain View, Calif., she was born to Gary G. Rae and Linda L. (Watts) Rae and had lived in the Argos community since 2004.

Malinda was a Video Store Clerk working at Argos Video, Argos, Indiana and Ray’s Video in Lakeville, Ind.

Malinda is survived by her mother, Linda L. Rae, and step-dad Michael Overmyer of Argos;son Gary D. Parks and wife  Ashley of Ga.; Christopher B. Parks and wife Becky of Ill.; and William D Parks of Colo.; eight grandchildren and sister Julie A. Stokes of Colo.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Rae; and fiancé Andy Hochstetler.

Burial will follow at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos.
