MILFORD — A Milford man was arrested for rape after a female victim reported forced oral sex.

Kyle Eugene Watts, 23, 12185 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, is being charged with rape, a level 3 felony.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, a female victim reported a rape while under care at a hospital. The victim advised that she met Watts online and they agreed to meet at the Apple Festival on Sept. 17. After leaving the festival, they went to Watts’ residence.

The victim advised she told Watts several times that she did not want to have sex. At one point, Watts forced her to perform oral sex even though she repeatedly told him no.

The officer spoke with Watts and he admitted to “getting carried away in the heat of the moment.” Watts advised he contacted the victim and apologized.

Watts was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Oct. 5 with a $20,250 surety and cash bond.
