• 3:31 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. William Souder Jr. reported losing credit and debit cards.
• 9:39 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 1000 block of North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Diane L. Plikerd reported a hit and run.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:14 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, 1300 block of St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw. Kyle Dotson reported fraudulent use of his debit card.
