WARSAW – The WCHS Athletic Department has announced that the sectional football game versus Chesterton on Oct. 27 will have a 7:30 p.m. EST kickoff.

The Tigers will host Chesterton in a Class 6-A Sectional 2 semifinal game at Fisher Field. Warsaw is 4-3 on the season, while the Trojans are 3-4.

The winner of the Warsaw-Chesterton game will face the winner of the Penn-Valparaiso game in a sectional championship contest on Nov. 3. No. 5 Penn (6-1) plays at No. 6 Valparaiso (6-1) in the other Sectional 2 semifinal matchup on Oct. 27. Valparaiso beat Penn 12-7 in the season opener on Aug. 18 at Valparaiso.

Warsaw will host NorthWood this Friday and then play at Concord Oct. 13 in its regular-season finale before having two weeks to prepare for its sectional opener.
