Officers with Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department invested the following accidents:

7:29 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 1, South CR 775W, south of West CR 200S, Mentone. Driver: Clayton M. Przewoznik, 17, Mentone. Przewoznik lost control of his vehicle and overcorrected causing the vehicle to roll. Injured; Przewoznik complained of head, back and neck pain and was airlifted to Parview Fort Wayne by Samaritan. Passenger Michael B. Stepnoski, 15, Mentone complained of neck and elbow pain and was transported to Parkview Fort Wayne by ambulance. Damages up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with Warsaw Police Department invested the following incidents:

5:25 p.m., Monday, Oct. 2, East US 30, east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Tanner M. Helser, 23, West CR 350S, and Dawn L. Sainer, 47, West CR 100N, Warsaw. Hesler’s vehicle sideswiped Sainer’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.
