Tiffany Sue Burton Simonin — UPDATED
Tiffany Sue Burton Simonin, 48, Kewanna, passed away at 12:25 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017 at Community Hospital North, Indianapolis. This followed a valiant battle with diabetes.
On Sept. 4, 1969, Tiffany was born in Cook County, Ill. She was the cherished daughter of Harold and Elaine Morgan Burton. Growing up she shared her childhood with two brothers Donald and Jerry. She attended Delong Christian Academy where she was a member of the women’s volleyball team. Tiffany was a proud ten year member of Fulton County 4-H.
As a crafter, Tiffany was talented with plastic canvas. She enjoyed Facebook and computer games. Roscoe her treasured canine companion was her little buddy, who was her shadow.
Left to cherish Tiffany’s memory are a son, Kendrick S. Kesler of Rochester; brother Donald Burton and wife Melinda of Rochester; a special lifelong friend David Kimble of Kewanna; sister-in-law Kathy Burton of Leiters Ford; two nieces: Melissa Burton and companion Nathan Minix of Rochester, Christy Hornberger and husband Jimmy of Leiters Ford; a great nephew, Caleb Minix; a great niece, Aliyah Hornberger; and Roscoe, the blue tea-cup Chihuahua.
Preceding Tiffany in death are her parents, a daughter Kylee Kesler, and brother Jerry Burton on Jan. 29, 2016.
A celebration of the life of Tiffany Sue Burton Simonin will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27, in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester with Chaplain Jason See officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11:30 – 2 on Wednesday.
Interment will be in the Fulton Cemetery.
