Betty B. Jack, 88, passed away on Sept. 24, 2017 at the Warsaw Meadows Care Center.

She was born on March 10, 1929 in Xenia, Ohio to Cecil and Cora (Saunders) Baxter.  On July 23, 1949 she married James Jack who preceded her on Dec. 30, 1975.  She was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Eagles Lodge, all of Syracuse.

Betty is survived by her four children: Dianna (Robert) Bauwens of Elkhart, James (Pamela) Jack of Leesburg, Cheryl (Duane) Stump of Nappanee, and Deborah (Daniel) Armbruster of Syracuse. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, sister Marguerite Wolf of Xenia, Ohio as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her husband, daughter Linda, and brother Richard Baxter.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at the Eastlund Funeral Home with pastor Pat Parks officiating.  Calling will be two hours prior from noon until 2. There will also be a visitation from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 at the McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia, Ohio. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2 at the McColaugh Funeral Home with burial following at the Woodland Cemetery on Xenia, Ohio.
