UPDATE — At approximately 12:13 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, an accident occurred at South SR 15, south of West CR 700S, Warsaw. 

Trevor M. Simpson, 19, West CR 1300N, Silver Lake, advised he was pulling out southbound on SR 15 from Louis Dreyfus, he pulled out and collided with a vehicle driven by Sandra M. Williams, 44, West CR 900S, Silver Lake. 

Simpson complained of pain to the head and was transported by medics to the hospital for further medical treatment. Damages estimated at up to $25,000.
