CULVER – Three second-half goals brought Culver back to beat LCA 3-2 Tuesday night in boys soccer.

After Parker Stewart gave LCA a one-goal lead on a strike aided by Garrett McCoomb, it was Culver that stole the momentum from the onset of the second half. The Cavaliers dropped in three goals in the first 20 minutes of the second half to take control on their home pitch.

Stewart added a late penalty conversion, but the goal was little consolation for the Cougars in dropping to 3-7 overall and 0-3 in the Northern Indiana Soccer Conference.

Remington Swanson made four saves for LCA, and the Cougars took 10 shots on net.

LCA will host Lakewood Park Christian on Thursday at home.
