6:07 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 100 block First Street, Winona Lake. Dawlfred David Dunham reported power tools taken from inside an unlocked vehicle.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

11:05 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2100 block East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Carl Demetris Blocker reported a lost military identification.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

9:10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 8, 2600 block East Pine Drive, Warsaw. Holly R. Owens reported a fraud.
11:19 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 4300 block North Deer Run, Warsaw. Jennifer McLaughlin reported fraud on her debit cards.
