WCHS To Hold Auditions For ‘Mary Poppins’ Role

WARSAW — Warsaw Community High School theater program is currently hard at work developing and fundraising for its fall theatrical production of “Mary Poppins.” The theater is currently holding auditions for the role of Michael Banks, a young boy in the production.

Auditions for the role will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, and is open to boys in grades 3-6. All auditions must present one verse of a prepared song not from “Mary Poppins” and must be prepared to learn a portion of a song from the production and sing it back. Those who audition will also be asked to read scenes from the musical.
