Terry L. Porter, Rochester, resident and long-time maintainer at Dean
Foods died on Sept. 1, 2017. He passed away in his home surrounded by
his family.

He was proud that he could swim the length of an Olympic-sized
swimming pool underwater, flew ten miles up in the air and twice the speed
of sound while he was young and in the Navy. But, in his later years, he
enjoyed the projects and mischief he orchestrated with his friends and
family, including making his own cannon.

He is survived by Janice, his wife of 49 years, and their children: daughter Bethany Porter; and two sons, Bob Porter and wife Michelle of Monterey, and Ruger Porter and wife Kira of Albany, Ohio, as well as grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
