Area Police Reports

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

11:14 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 5700 block of CR 1400N, Syracuse. Officers were called to a business in reference to an active alarm. The case is still under investigation.
2:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 5900 block of Decoy Road, Mentone. Roy Presley reported a fraud attempt.
3:50 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 3100 block of North CR 150E, Warsaw. A female reported a violation of protection order.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

7:01 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 400 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. David Hale reported a theft.
4:03 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 800 block of Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw. Multiple items including tools and cigarettes were reported as stolen.
