Joseph Frank Aguinaga, 79, Rochester, passed away at 11:35 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at Woodlawn Hospital.

On May 9, 1938, Joe was born in Chicago to Cresencio and Susan Hernandez Aguinaga.

Joe and Helen Ellen Walczak were married on May 9, 2007 in Logansport.

Joe is lovingly remembered by his wife, Helen; a daughter, Dawn Rubio and husband Henry of Rochester; seven grandchildren: Henry Rubio Jr., Jacquelyn Rubio, Justin Rubio, Jaso Rubio and wife Heidi, Huskins Rubio, Ronnie Rubio, Jaden Rubio; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Anna Pruett of Chicago; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Joe in death are his parents and seven siblings.

A celebration of the life of Joseph Aguinaga will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Military honors will be conducted by the Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard and the US Army Honors Team.
