KOSCIUSKO — Client Relationship Manager of Kosciusko and Elkhart Counties, Juli Eckel and Commercial Banker of St. Joseph County, Shelley Pulaski are recent graduates of the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. The 2017 IBA Commercial Lending School was held in June at the IBA Center for Professional Development in Indianapolis, Indiana.
