Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

4:22 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, South Higbee Street, north of Section Street, Milford. Drivers: Cesar H. Rosales Gutierrez, 35, Sunset Drive, Winona Lake, and  Nicholas A. Boardman, 23, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Gutierrez was driving northbound on South Highbee Street when he rear ended Boardman in stopped traffic. Damage up to $10,000.

4:55 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, South Country Club Road, north of  East CR 300S, Warsaw. Drivers: Adrian Bueno, 39, West Old Road 30, Warsaw, and Christy A. Singrey, 56, Betsy Court, Warsaw. Bueno hit Singrey head on when blinded by on coming traffic. Singrey was delivering papers on the side of the road. Bueno was issued a citation for no valid license. Damage up to $25,000.
