Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:23 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, 1401 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Drivers: Lucia Marin, 17, Cindy Drive, Millersburg, and Amy J. Henry, 33, North CR 925E, North Webster. Marin was pulling out onto the access road for Interra Credit Union when she failed to yield to Henry, striking the vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:21 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, North Old Road 15, north of East Mock Drive, Milford. Driver: Dana A. Riner, 49, North Brookfield Circle, Warsaw. Riner was traveling north on Old Road 15 when a vehicle turned directly in front of her vehicle. Riner swerved to avoid a collision, exiting the roadway and rolling several times. The other vehicle did not stop. Damage up to $25,000.

Marshall

Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

5:54 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, US 31 and 11th Road, Plymouth. Drivers: Bruce Hollett, 70, Plymouth; Tony Taylor, 43, Plymouth; and Jorge Rivera, 57, Argos. Injured: Jorge Rivera, Lisa Rivera, Regina Winegard and Amanda Rivera, all occupants of the Rivera vehicle and taken to Plymouth Hospital. Hollett failed to yield the right of way crossing US 31 at 11th Road, hitting the Rivera northbound vehicle. Rivera’s vehicle rolled into the stopped Taylor vehicle.
