Roger William Moore, 80, North Manchester, died at 7:30 a.m., Aug. 15, 2017 at his home. He was born June 12, 1937 in, Cleveland, Ohio to William and Dorothy (Kemmerer) Moore.

Roger was a 1957 Central High School graduate. He married Judith Leonhard on May 18, 1958, in North Manchester, Indiana. Roger and Judy own and operate The Hardware Store, in North Manchester, the former Coast-to-Coast Hardware Store they purchased from his parents in 1970. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, and was a Purdue University fan.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Moore, daughter, Melissa (Jeff) Werner both of North Manchester, nephews and nieces, Bret (Shari) Deardorff, Jill (Roland) Rohrer, Bill (Denise) Leonhard, and Stephanie (Andy) Castleman, and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joyce Deardorff.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 18, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, 207 W. Main St., North Manchester, at 11 a.m. Aug. 18. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Servia. Friends may call 2-8 p.m. Thursday, and 10-11, Friday at the funeral home.
