PERU — The Triton girls golf team recorded wins over both Whitko and North Miami, as well as an incomplete Lakeland Christian team in a four-way meet at Peru Municipal Golf Course Monday.

The Lady Trojans tallied 220, ahead of Whitko’s 264 and North Miami’s 279. Alysha May led her team out of the third grouping with a score of 51. Delanie Groves shot 55, while Kate Gardner and Megan McFarland both carded 57 in a consistent performance by Triton’s top four. Whytnie Miller shot 63 for the Trojans’ toss-out score.

Whitko was led by a pair of 61s from Makayla Compton and Bailey Wright. Tatym Hunt paced North Miami with a 62 score, while Abigail Fishel shot 45 for low medalist honors for Lakeland.

Triton moves to 2-0 with the wins.
