KOSCIUSKO — The “NextLevel Indiana” plan from the Indiana Department of Transportation was announced earlier this week. Kosciusko County will be receiving an investment of $41,353,551 over the five years. The plan will resurface a total of 212 lane miles and rehabilitate or replace 11 bridges.

The following are the planned projects:

2018

• SR 13 pipeline for Kuhn Lake drain,  6.34 miles north of US 30. The work will include small structure and pipe lining totaling $100,580.
• SR 13 pipeliner for drain, 13.6 miles north of US 30. The work will consist of small structure and pipe lining totaling $110,850.
• SR 15 small structure over Middleton Memorial drain, 7.58 miles north of US 30.The work will consist of smal structure and replacement totaling $350,000.
• SR 19 bridge over Wilhelm-Kurtz ditch, 1.93 miles south of US 6. The work will consist of  bridge deck and overlay totaling $486.265.
• US 30 from .13 miles west of SR 13 to .06 miles east of SR 5. The work will consist of HMS overlay and minor structural totaling $4,440,000.

2019

• SR 13 bridge over Turkey Creek, 2 miles south of US 6. The work will consist of  bridge deck and overlay totaling $143,250.
• SR 13 bridge over Tippecanoe River, 8.02 miles north of US 30. The work will consist of  bridge deck and overlay totaling $501,400.
• SR 14 from SR 15 to SR 13. The work will consist of HMA overlay and preventative maintenance totaling $1,662,135.
• SR 15 from 1.97 miles south of US 30 to .5 miles south of US 30. The work will consist of concrete pavement restoration totaling $555,900.
• US 30 pipeline at Hickman Ditch, .02 miles east of SR 15. The work will consist of  small structure and pipe lining totaling $3,985,100.

2020

• SR 13 from SR 14 to 1.1 miles south of US 30. The work will consist of HMA overlay and minor structural totaling $3,985,100.
• SR 13 from US 30 to 9.46 miles north of US 30. The work will consist of  HMA overlay and preventative maintance totaling $2,445,950.
• SR 25 from .62 miles west of SR 15 to SR 15. The work will consist of  HMA overlay to preventative maintenance totaling $217,955.

2021

• SR 13 over Plunge Creek, .6 miles south of SR 14. The work will consist of bridge replacement and other construction totaling $1,167,093.
• SR 15 over Eagle Creek, .35 miles south of SR 25. The work will consist of bridge replacement and other construction totaling $1,648,740.
• SR 15 from .7 miles north of SR 14 to 1.97 miles south of US 30. The work will consist of HMA overlay and minor structural totaling $4,664,685.
• SR 15 over Lones Ditch, .05 miles north of US 30. The work will consist of small structure and pipe lining totaling $310,100.
• SR 15 over Heisler Ditch, 7.58 miles north of SR 14. The work will consist of small structure and replacement totaling $1,260,220.
• SR 19 from .43 miles north of SR 25 to .77 miles south of US 30. The work will consist of HMA overlay and minor structuring totaling $14,982,490.
• US 30 from SR 19 to 3 miles east of SR 15. The work will consist of HMA overlay and minor structure totaling $425,000.

2022

• SR 14 Carries Joseph Metzger Ditch, 4 miles east of SR 14/ The work will consist of  small structural replacement totaling $425,000.
• US 30 super replacement over Robinson Ditch, 2.6 miles east of SR 15. The work will consist of superstructure replacement totaling $690,000.
• US 30 super replacement over Pole Run Ditch, 4.74 miles east of SR 19. The work will consist of  superstructure replacement totaling $725,000.
• US 30 super replacement over Danner Ditch, 1.59 miles east of SR 19. The work will consist of  superstructure replacement totaling $680,000.
