KOSCIUSKO —  First Sergeant Chad Hill has retired after 27 years of service with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

The retirement was made effective Wednesday, July 19. Hill served as the public information officer and the communications director for the 911 center in Kosciusko County.
