Rhonda Hackworth, 48, Burket, passed away at 12:55 p.m., July 16, 2017, in her residence.

She was born Nov. 17, 1968 in Warsaw to Tom and Lula (Foley) Burkett.

A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County she was a student at Ivy Tech of Warsaw.

Survivors include her mother Lula Burkett of Burket, birth daughter Cora Warner of Warsaw, sisters Sondra Robert) Warner, Burket, Suzanne (Brad) Bibler, Warsaw, brothers Tom Burkett, Warsaw, Glenn (Donna) Burkett, Barbee Lake, David Burkett, Tippecanoe. She was preceded by her father.

Private family services will be conducted. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
