Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

8:14 p.m. Thursday, June 29. A female on CR 29, Syracuse, reported bing slapped, punched and strangled by an individual in front of her two children, beginning around 10 p.m. June 28 and ending around 8 p.m. June 29.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

10:42 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, Dawn McDonald, Warsaw, reported a theft from her vehicle while parked at Goshen Hospital, 200 W. High Park Ave., Goshen.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

7:46 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. a suspect was arrested on two warrants and resisted arrest. 

9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 10800 block of South CR 675W, Silver Lake. A female reported a wallet stolen from her residence. 

12:22 p.m. Friday, June 30, 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Fellowship Missions reported a stolen bicycle. 

1:19 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 1000 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Damage property was reported.
