Randall Kleine takes a look at the 1932 Auburn that was driven to North Webster.

NORTH WEBSTER — A group of 16 antique vehicles and 30 members motored into North Webster Saturday morning for the Third Annual Lakes Tour. The group is part of the Crossroads of America Region of the Antique Auto Club of America. This particular group has members from Northeast Indiana, Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

The group started the morning off in Auburn, stopping off in Avilla for breakfast before making their way to to North Webster for a ride aboard the Dixie. The cars arrived around 10:30 a.m. after which the members boarded the Dixie for a tour of Webster Lake. After their chartered tour, they headed out for a picnic lunch at one of the members homes.

The participants were from Auburn, Woodburn, Larwill and Warsaw.

Visitors to the park area had the opportunity to see a 1932 Auburn and three 1935 Auburns. Other models in the group included: Ford Galaxie 500, Corvette, Buick GS, Dodge Challenger, Camero, Pontiac Fiero, Volvo, International truck, Plymouth Valiant, Buick Reatta and others.
