Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
7:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Christopher Holsclaw turned in a found bicycle.
11:44 a.m. Wednesday, June 21,1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Stephen Osbeck reported his Ford Ranger pickup truck had been stolen.
Elkhart
Officers with the Elkhart County Correctional facility investigated the following incident:
5:37 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, CR 33 north of CR 50, Syracuse. Amanda Price reported Joseph Thompson struck her in the face with brass knuckles causing her to have a bloody nose and a swollen eye while in a vehicle on CR 33, north of CR 50. Thompson was located at a later time and taken to the Elkhart County Correctional Facility for domestic battery in the presence of children and a deadly weapon.
